Dr. Suelyn Hall is a pioneering medical professional and author with a unique perspective shaped by her Jamaican roots, diverse life experiences, and accomplished career. Menopause is when periods stop for twelve months, usually in the late 40's or early 50's Perimenopause, is the transition, that can start even 10 years earlier with symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, mood changes and sleep issues.
